Gerald Kolb:

Born in Namibia, Gerald shares his passion for the Namib Desert with great enthusiasm. His vast knowledge of the desert and how to survive in this harsh environment allows him to conduct more than a “pointing out things” tour. Specializing in the ancient use of desert flora, Gerald gives an interesting insight into medicinal, nutritional and practical use of the desert vegitation.

Gerald speaks German, English and Afrikaans.

Lalie de Haas:

Namibian born Lalie has specialized in desert guiding, studying under some of the most aclaimed authorities in this field in Namibia.The Desert Tour offers her the possibility to share some of that knowledge with guests. Sometimes touring together with Gerald, Lalie leads many of the tours herself.
